Books are returnable beginning three months after invoice date and up to 24 months after invoice date as long as the publication is still in print and was purchased through Hal Leonard. All returns, other than those defective in manufacture, must be in resaleable condition or they will not be credited and product will be destroyed.

• Customer account number
• Original invoice number
• Quantity
• Item # or ISBN
• Title or description
All out of print titles are returnable for full credit up to 4 months after the title is declared out of print.
