Youâll find this icon on every page of our Help Center, so you can start a conversation with us anytime.
2. Ask a Question.
Once youâre in the Messages section, click the Send us a message button to move one step closer to getting the help you need.
3. Choose Your Issue.
Every musicianâs query is unique. Thatâs why our chatbot provides a list of common topics to choose from. Select the one that best matches your reason for contacting us. If you donât see your issue listed, simply choose Other.
4. Send Us Your Request.
After selecting your issue, just send your message. The chatbot will forward your request to the right team, ensuring itâs handled by the most appropriate support specialist.
If you already have an open request, please wait for a response from our Support team. While your current request is still being processed and hasnât been closed, creating a new request is not available. This helps us resolve your case faster and avoid duplicate requests.
Our chatbot isnât an AI assistant. Itâs an automated tool designed to collect the information we need to help you quickly and accurately.
